So you want to design a challenge coin...

Before we begin, let me introduce our team and assure you of our dedication to delivering high-quality service. 

With over a decade of experience, including serving esteemed officials like the VCNO and MCPON, we are thrilled that you have clicked on our page. Our owner, Jason, retired from the Navy in 2019 after 25 years as an Intelligence Specialist Master Chief.  Our dedicated full-time graphic designer brings ten years of experience in creating visually appealing designs. As such, our background uniquely positions us to understand and meet the design needs of our fellow service members.  

Regarding the budget, coin production entails various expenses, such as mold creation, zinc alloy casting, metal plating, coloring, inspections, packaging, and shipping, typically spanning 4-6 weeks. Each coin is custom-made, leading to unique pricing. Since coins come in all different shapes and sizes, the estimate provided is variable. It is important to note that our estimate is based on a 2" coin, and larger or more complex coins will obviously incur higher costs. While exact figures cannot be provided until the design is finalized, our pricing is fair and reflects our quality standards. As a general guideline, producing 100 coins, each 2 inches in size, may cost between $700 to $1000, depending on complexity and materials. We provide this information as an example of coin cost estimation, recognizing that actual costs may vary based on specific requirements.  

To begin the design process, please follow these steps:

3. Once the payment screen opens, fill out the required payment details.
4. Paste the copied information (use CTRL-V) into the NOTES section before submitting your $100 deposit.

It's essential to include this information in the NOTES section to ensure smooth processing. After receiving your payment, our graphic designer will reach out to you to start on your design.
